BioFor Starters: I'm a California girl, I love my country and my heritage, I'm not a right-wing nut-job or a left wing crazy. Most of the time I'm pensive, even if it's about stupid issues. I love my friends, my family, although I'm still working on the enemies part.
I have low self-esteem on an intellectual and superficial scale. I don't mean to, but a lot of the time I have a hard time feeling like I'm a part of society.
I'm shy-ish and extremely loud at the same time. I'm embarrassed at my boisterousness, but have a hard time controlling it. I say things I don't mean to all the time, and words are never quite available.
I'm in love with language. Not the composition, per se, but rather the mechanics and the sounds and the various similarities between them all.
I like roleplaying, and most of my characters are a bit of an extension of myself. That is to say, the ones I use and I like are generally exploring something deeper, in my place.
I'm slightly confusing.
My grandmother made me promise not to read Harry Potter when I was about 9. People have told me I should read it anyways, but I want to uphold the little amount of honor I have.
I have a problem with authority. I have no respect for people who lord it over other people as if they are better than them. The only exception is the doctor.
If there are two fictional stories I adore, they are the Chrestomanci series of books by Diana Wynne Jones, and Doctor Who.
These two things are my constant companions.
I love dolling. The intricacies of it all fascinate me. All my dolls are posted under friends locked posts. I've tried making websites in the past, but I'm unreliable, so I go on indefinite hiatus.
I have a hard time thinking well of people who are complete conformists. It's a bit hypocritical, and I try to overcome that.
